I am not here to answer questions about what you should or shouldn’t do. When I have a question, here is how I would answer it.
As for how you should answer a question, I would say, “I don’t know.” That is not an answer. That is not an answer. A good answer might be, “I don’t know. I’m trying to figure out how to do it.
I am not here to tell you how to do anything. I am here to tell you what you can and you cant do. What you can do and what you can’t do should be obvious. I can tell you what you can do and what you cant because I have done it.
I’m guessing you’re thinking about the fact that I’m a white, male, and middle aged man? You’re right. I’m not going to say ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to anyone. I will however tell you what you can and can’t do.
This is when things get really interesting. While it’s technically true that we cannot shut anyone up, we can tell them what to do. The question is not whether or not we’d be able to shut up, it’s whether or not we’d be able to tell them what they can do.
The answer may be “no” but that doesnt mean you cant be a great leader. If you can, you can be an excellent leader. If you cant, you can be a great leader. If both are true, you can be a great leader. Or perhaps you can be both.
That’s right, I said both. It’s a tough one to figure out. But if you can do both, you can be an excellent leader. If you cant, you can be a great leader. But if you can do both, you can be an excellent leader. If both are true, you can be a great leader. Or perhaps you can be both.
Good point. I would have to ask for a bit of more time to figure out what leadership is all about, as I am not too familiar with the term. I guess I am going to have to wait and see if I can figure it out.
I think it can be both. It can be a bit of a conundrum to figure out if you can shut up or if you have to talk. It depends on how you are treated in different situations. If you are treated with respect, you can shut up. If you are treated with disdain, you can talk. However, if you are treated with contempt, you can talk.
