I was in my office yesterday, and I looked around the room. I found a stack of papers, and I just sat down on the couch, and just started to read. I started to think about what I had been doing for the last few days, and I realized that I was hunched over, and I thought, “Oh, my God, what am I doing? I have to get up!” I’m sure it was just a momentary lapse.
I think I have a lot to be thankful for. I think I’m in a really good place right now. I think everything is okay. My office is good, I’m happy. I’m not stressed, and I’m not stressed out. I’m just hunched over, with my head against the wall. I’m not doing anything, I’m just reading.
I think that is the main reason. I feel like I’m reading all these things and I feel like I’m trying to be engaged with them, but I just can’t. It’s not like I’m trying to work or anything. It’s just like I’m just reading, and I’m just trying to soak up everything.
I do think Im in a good place and Im trying to be good. I feel like Im trying to be better now, but Im still not done. But Im not stressed out or anything. I just wanna have a good day.
If you are hunched over, then it’s probably because your body is doing all the work. All the time. A person hunched over should relax and enjoy the day.

It’s also important to keep the neck in the right place, so try not to slouch. Also, try to keep your lower back straight.
People with straight faces tend to be very serious, but it’s also important to not get too serious about these issues. You should be able to joke around about them without getting into a heated debate. You should never lose your cool if you find someone with a serious issue and you can’t deal with it.
