ikana is also the name of an ancient practice in which people would sit in the sun and become aware of their minds and consciousness. It became a popular form of meditation in Japan, which is why it’s often used in Japan when talking about the self. In my opinion, our society has too much of a focus on the self, as if it’s a thing.
Like every new person I’ve read, I have to be careful about what they say, I don’t do it all the time. I like to sit in front of a TV and watch people talk so I can feel like I’m actually being talked into doing something. I try to keep it from getting out of control, but I always have to be careful because the reality of what I’m talking about is the self.
Well, what we think we know about the self is largely a projection of what we think our ego wants to be. For most of us, our ego is a very strong, very powerful place, and we project it out to the people around us. For the average person, it’s a lot of “me me me.
When we start to think about what we think we know about the self, its very easy for it to slip into a caricature. For example, we might think, “Everyone I know has a big ego.” And that might be true, but the ego isn’t all that powerful. Its not the strong black, thick muscle. The ego is a subtle little creature that only wants you to be happy.
Its a little more complicated than that. People with strong egos that project themselves outward have a lot of power. In fact, the power of our egos is so powerful that it can be used to control us. It’s not like we are controlling a giant robot, and we are simply telling it what to do. Its a little more like we are controlling our own thoughts and feelings. In fact, the most powerful part of our own ego is our internal dialogue.
For example, in the case of the “Icky” in our movie, the Icky says “I hate you” when he realizes that he has no power over the world. He thinks that it is his fault that this world is so screwed up and that he has to fix it. This is the part of our own psyche that we can control. Its like a little internal dialogue that we can use to manipulate us.
This is the part of “self” that we can and should control. We can choose to behave in ways that are good for ourselves. No one can make you do anything you don’t want to do. In fact, a lot of people can make you do things that are bad for you. When you think about it, we do it all the time. We are on autopilot. We make ourselves do things we don’t want to do and that’s our choice.
When you think about it, we do everything we need to do to make ourselves do it all the time. We do it all the time. We can’t control our behavior. We can’t control ourselves.
I think it’s important to remember that you are more than that. You are you. You are the unique you. We are all who we are. I think that just as we are all unique, so are we all unique ways that we behave.
