A quick note to clarify: I am not vegan. I am vegan-ish, vegan-tolerant, vegan-ish.
This title is meant to get the conversation started, so I’m not going to be discussing the vegan community much here. The issue of veganism is so big and controversial that it is easy to get confused. It’s a major topic of debate within the vegan community and has no easy answer. Many are vegetarians who just want to be more conscious about the foods they eat, while others are just concerned about the impact the growing trend of meat consumption has on the environment.
As a big fan of all kinds of plant-based food, I feel that my life is better with a wide variety of choices to suit my dietary preferences, and I am sure many other people feel the same. However, I am also not a vegan. I do believe that it is important to be able to eat meat that I would actually like to eat, but I also feel that having to choose between a plant-based diet and a vegan diet is a pretty big compromise.
Vegetarians feel they feel more satisfied than meat eaters because their bodies are more naturally adapted to the digestion of plant-based foods, but vegetarians also have to sacrifice foods, like vegetables, that may be more than just for aesthetics. Meat-eaters, on the other hand, can gain weight, especially if they eat a lot more, which is why the vegan diet is a lot more restrictive.
The truth is that vegetarians and vegans have much more in common than they think. Both groups of dieters have the same health problems as the average person: high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high body fat, and a general lack of self-awareness. It’s hard to tell which group is healthier, but it’s probably a close tie between the two. A vegan diet is one that’s not as reliant on animal products as a vegetarian diet.
It’s hard to tell if a vegan diet is healthy or not, so the truth is that the most natural vegan diet is one that you’ve read, read, and/or read. The only thing we know for sure is that vegan dieters, vegans, and dieters who are not vegetarian are the ones who are not vegan.

Vegan dieters are so much more capable than you or youve read, read, and read. They are able to take out their own personal eating habits and make their own choices about what to eat. They are able to make the most of the other types of foods available to eat. Vegan dieters will be responsible for what they eat, whether it is organic or not. They are also responsible for the way they handle the various food groups and eat according to their own preferences.
