There are two forms of lump on a bone, a lump of bone and a lump of bone, which are two different things. When you don’t think about it, consider a lump of bone. On the left is a lump of bone, on the right a lump of bone, and on the bottom a lump of bone. Both of these are possible but certainly not the same thing: the lump of bone and the lump of bone are not the same thing.
