A key to a good met dance class is being able to tell if there is a problem by just looking at your body. If you are doing the dance and it feels good, but not quite right, you can stop and fix it. If it feels bad and the body is stiff, you can continue.
A lot of people, like myself, do a lot of met dancing in a lot of places around the world. For example, I love to dance in New Zealand, Australia, and the UK. However, there’s one big issue with this. If you can’t see the floor or your partner, then you will get a little tired.
