The French General Napoleons, an early 20th century leader, created the Napoleonic Wars to consolidate power between rival nations. He was known as a strong leader and strategist during the French Revolution in the early 1800s, but was later assassinated for his role in the French Revolution.
The Napoleonic Wars was a series of battles between Britain, France, and the Holy Roman Empire in central and southern Europe. These were the battles to decide who would be the new monarch of France and who would control the new territories of Spain, Italy, Austria, the Netherlands, and the Rhineland.

What’s not mentioned, however, is the treaty that Napolean signed with another group of people, the First Consul of France, to gain control of all Europe. The First Consul would then use these powers to conquer other nations, particularly those of the southern regions of Europe. The First Consul’s ambition was to conquer Italy and make it an independent country.
The First Consuls dream was to create a “super state” that would come to be called the United States of America.
While this has been the plan since at least the 1800s, Napolean did not have to use the treaty. His army was so powerful that he could have conquered Italy, which was then part of the French Empire. After his army arrived at Milan, Napolean used his treaty power to conquer the city. The treaty required him to pay the First Consul, but since the Italian army was so strong the emperor could have crushed Napolean.
On the other hand, as the military historian, I have found it hard to get used to the idea of Napolean and the treaty. To my knowledge, a Napolean invasion was never as successful as it was when I was in the army in the United States. After that, Napolean was able to do nothing and his army was destroyed. Many believe that Napolean was the result of his army’s defeat of the French who had built up the city and had defeated thousands of Frenchmen.
Napolean himself didn’t fight Napoleon personally in the war against Napoleon, but he did so via the English Channel. Napolean was killed by the French who had defeated Napoleon as well. He was the last emperor in the empire to resist the French who had defeated Napoleon. If he were in the army, it would have been much more difficult for Napolean to have defeated Napoleon.
The concept of generals in the military is so ingrained in us that we think of them as the only ones who have a direct line to the top. But a more accurate representation of soldiers would be the result of battles. The person who is closest to the enemy, who has the least amount of men and the strongest weapons, is the most important in battle. In battle, an army is the sum of its generals.
