I’m not sure that oxo utility cutting board is a very common kitchen item. The idea of one, however, made me chuckle. I’ve always thought it was pretty cool. The fact that it is made of oxo allows it to be used as a cutting board and can easily be folded into a handy dish for storage. What could be cooler than a dish full of cut veggies? The oxo utility cutting board is a great product that is available online for over a hundred dollars. Many people even spend that much on a single dish and that’s pretty much it. You do, however, have to keep in mind that oxo is a natural material which is not really suitable for construction. It is, however, perfect for storage.
