This recipe is the absolute most delicious winter squash I have ever had the pleasure of eating. I love staub pumpkins and I have never found a better one than this one from my grandmother, who grew it in her garden. The best part is being able to eat it fresh and right out of the fridge, not marinating in oil or butter.

Though I am a bit late to such a great foodie-friendly recipe, I still like to use it. It’s so easy to make it out of a small bowl, even if you only have small amounts of it left in the fridge. The most incredible thing about it is that it’s easy to make from scratch.
