I have yet to find a staub saute pan that is as sturdy as a cast iron pan. If you find one, however, the staub saute pans are a great choice for cooking your meals.

But you can also cook your meatballs in a staub saute pan. Thats because a cast iron pan gets hot faster than a staub saute pan.
This is one of those things where I would have to say that even a staub saute pan is probably a better choice. I think it’s just the fact that it’s the cheaper version that is better for my wallet. I’m not saying for that reason, but I’m saying for that reason. They are cheaper and even though they take a longer time to cook, they won’t burn your food faster.
The reason that I would say a staub saute pan is a better choice is because the heat of a staub saute pan makes the soup super easy to come by. The reason I would say that is because of the way it feels to me. When you cook a soup, you put it in a pan and heat a small amount of oil (the amount of oil used by your average family will change depending on what kind of oil you use).
It’s why I would say a staub saute pan is the best thing you can use to make a soup. One of my favorite things to do is put a small amount of oil in the bottom of a pan and add a small amount of liquid (canned chicken soup is an example I use). As I add the liquid to the bottom of the pan, I’ll put in a small amount of chicken or beef broth.
