Then you take a pot of water and put it on the stove to boil. While the water heats, you take the chicken, cover it with a lid and place it in the pot. Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes. The water must be reduced to about a half-and-half as this will make the chicken extra moist. It will also cook faster and make for a crispier pie.
